Application：Blast cleaning of high speed rail parts
Characteristics:
1) The chamber body is made of 6 mm steel plate, and the inner wall is attached with 10 mm wear-resistant rubber plate for protection;
2) B-axis manipulator is used to swing the spray gun back and forth;
3) The moving platform is used to move the parts back and forth, which is jointly controlled with the manipulator;
4) The pellet material is recovered by wind power;
5) The sand blasting adopts siphon principle, 12 automatic spray guns and 1 manual spray gun;
6) The electrical control implements IEC standard of International Electrotechnical Commission, siemens-plc control and touch screen man-machine interface.
