Characteristics:

1) The body of the sandblasting chamber is spliced with 4mm steel plate androck wool board, and the inner wall is protected by a 10mm wear-resistant rubber plate.

2) Bying a mobile trolley,  the parts can freely enter and exit the sandblasting room along the track.

3) We use craper (pushing screw)&elevator or honeycomb floor pneumatic to recover sand and dust comprehensively.

4) The abrasive blasting  machine adopts G600-2 or G900-2 sandblasting tank, and the sand amount is adjusted by CLEMCO abrasive valve.

5) The sand material is separated by a primary sand dust wind separator, and a secondary vibrating screen can also be configured for size separation.

6) Adopting automatic pulse back flushing filter element dust collector(dust discharge ≤5mg/m³) for environmental protection.

7) The electrical control follows IEC standard, adoptes SIEMENS-PLC control system.
