Characteristics:

1) The shot peening chamber adopts double-layer structure, and the inner wall is protected by 10mm wear-resistant rubber plate.

2) The movement of spray gun is controlled by  Y-axis /Z-axis /A-axis mechanical arm linkage.

3) The movement of the parts adopts automatic in and out trolley and rotary table structure.

4) We use honeycomb floor module pneumaticr to recover  pellets and dust comprehensively.

5) The shot peening generator adopts G80-2 double-layer continuous shot peening tank, and the shot peening pressure is accurately controlled by the Italian METALWORK electric proportional valvein digital closed loop with control accuracy ≤±2%.The shot peening flow rate is accurately controlled by the American EI flow valve with control accuracy ≤±5%.

6) Adopting  a primary sand-dust cyclone separator and a secondary vibrating screen for precise size separation;

7) Using automatic pulse recoil filter dust collector, dust discharge ≤1mg/m3.

8) The electrical control follows IEC standard, adoptes SIEMENS-PLC control system,and the man-machine interface based on the WINDOWS environment.
