Characteristics:

1) The shot peening chamber adopts double-layer structure, and the inner wall is protected by 10mm wear-resistant rubber plate.

2) The movement of shot peening guni controlled by MOTOMAN-MH24 robot linkage.

3) Machine parts' movement  is positioned by a rotary door, which is used as the external axis of the robot for joint control.

4) We use scraper and elevator to recover the pellets comprehensively.

5) The shot peening generator adopts G120-8 double-layer continuous shot peening tank, and the shot peening pressure is accurately controlled by the Italian METALWORK electric proportional valvein digital closed loop with control accuracy ≤±2%;The shot peening flow rate is accurately controlled by the American EI flow valve with control accuracy ≤±5%.
