Characteristics:

1) The shot blasting chamber is made of a 6mm-Mn13 full manganese steel body and a 10mm-Mn13 hot-throwing zone guard plate.

2) With the crawler structure, the parts roll automatically under the crawler drive to ensure the uniformity;

3) The equipment is equipped with electric hoist automatic feeding machine, as well as vibration automatic feeding machine.

4) We use scraper and elevator to recover the pelle tmaterials comprehensively.

5) Two B320-7.5kw high-efficiency blasting thrown heads were adopted for shot blasting machine.

6) Using the best  pneumatic separator to separate pellets into three specifications.

7) Using the first-class shot dust cyclone separator and the second-class filter element dust collector remove dust.(dust discharge≤5mg/m³).

8) The electrical control follows IEC standard, adoptes SIEMENS-PLC control system,and the man-machine interface based on the WINDOWS environment.
