Characteristics:

1) The shot blasting chamber is made of 6mm-Mn13 full manganese steel body and a 10mm-Mn13 hot-throwing zone guard plate.

2) The movement of the parts with a 5 index stepping and 10 turntable,  the spring load is 20KN When shot blasting.

3) We use scraper and elevator to recover the pellets comprehensively.

4) By using four B500-45kw high efficiency burners, the maximum shot output reaches 500kg/min.

5) Using the first stage pneumatic separator and the second stage vibrating screen to separate the pellets.

6) Using automatic pulse recoil filter dust collector, dust discharge ≤5mg/m³.

7) He electrical control follows IEC standard, adoptes SIEMENS-PLC control system,and the man-machine interface based on the WINDOWS environment.

8) In the production process, the robot automatically loads and unloads the shot blaster to meet the beat requirements.
