Characteristics:

1) The shot peening chamber adopts a double-layer structure with an oil-resistant polyurethane board inside.

2) The movement of spray gun is controlled by  X-axis /Z-axis /A-axis /C-axis mechanical arm linkage.

3) Adoting  four sets of rotary tables for parts movement.

4) Pellet recovery is controlled by constant temperature of diaphragm pump and transformer oil.

5) The shot peening generator adopts 4 sets of grinding fluid pumps and is equipped with METALWORK electric proportional valve.

6) Useing vibrating screen to separate pellet material.

7) Adopting oil mist processor for dust removal.

8) The electrical control follows IEC standard, adoptes SIEMENS-840D control system,and the man-machine interface based on the WINDOWS environment.
