Characteristics:

1) The shot peening chamber adopts double-layer structure, and 10mm wear-resistant rubber plate and Mn13 steel plate are attached to the inner wall for protection.

2) The movement of spray gun is controlled by Y-axis /Z-axis mechanical arm linkage.

3) The movement of parts with 6-index stepping and 12-turntable, and the positioning accuracy of the divider is high.

4) We use scraper and elevator to recover the pellets comprehensively.

5) The shot peening generator adopts G120-8 double-layer continuous shot peening tank, and the shot peening pressure is accurately controlled by the Italian METALWORK electric proportional valvein digital closed loop with control accuracy ≤±2%;the shot peening flow rate is accurately controlled by the American EI flow valve with control accuracy ≤±5%.
