Characteristics:

1) The shot blasting chamber is made of a 6mm-Mn13 full manganese steel body and a 10mm-Mn13 hot-throwing zone guard plate.

2) The rolling bar is used to drive the spring to rotate, and the chain fork pushes the spring forward.

3) We use scraper and elevator to recover the pellets comprehensively.

4) By using four b500-45kw high efficiency burners, the maximum shot output reaches 500kg/min.

5) The pellets are separated by a first-level pellet dust wind separator and a second-level vibrating screen size separation.

6) Adopting automatic pulse back flushing filter element dust collector(dust discharge ≤5mg/m3) for environmental protection.

7) The electrical control follows IEC standard, adoptes SIEMENS-PLC control system,and the man-machine interface based on the WINDOWS environment.

8 In the production process, the robot automatically loads and unloads the shot blaster to meet the beat requirements.
