Characteristics:

1) The shot peening chamber includes a fixed chamber and a moving chamber.

2) The spray gun movement adopts servo motor to drive the trolley to move.

3) Adopting automatic pipe rotation for the movement of parts.

4) We use honeycomb floor module pneumaticr to recover Pellet materials.

5) The shot peening generator adopts a set of G1500-4 shot peening tank with a shot peening pressure of 1.1MPa.

6) Vibrating screen is used for pellet separation.

7) Using automatic pulse recoil filter dust collector, dust discharge ≤1mg/m3.

8) The electrical control follows IEC standard, adoptes SIEMENS-PLC control system,and the man-machine interface based on the WINDOWS environment.
